Dr. Whipp’s extensive experience working with school districts nationwide revealed a critical gap: school counselors often spend a significant portion of their time on non-essential tasks, hindering their ability to directly support students. Her research and ongoing work highlight the crucial role of administrators in advocating for school counselors.
